I created Balanced with Emma for women who want to feel strong, confident, energized, and at home in their bodies without chasing extremes or starting over every Monday.

My love for movement started through years of competitive indoor and beach volleyball, where I learned discipline, confidence, teamwork, and how powerful it feels to care for your body. That athletic foundation grew into a deeper passion for strength training, functional movement, and building routines that make fitness feel both empowering and enjoyable.

As a coach, I care about the full picture. Your workouts, meals, schedule, stress, confidence, mindset, habits, and relationship with your body all matter.
