My love for movement started through years of competitive indoor and beach volleyball, where I learned discipline, confidence, teamwork, and how powerful it feels to care for your body. That athletic foundation grew into a deeper passion for strength training, functional movement, and building routines that make fitness feel both empowering and enjoyable.
